Hi I am SARAH LIPPINCOTT

RD, CFNC

 

I help women heal their gut, reduce inflammation, and transform their health through sustainable nutrition. Growing up, I lived on processed junk food—chips, candy, soda, and frozen dinners. My stomach always hurt, I had pimply skin, dark circles, constant colds, and I was exhausted. Even after trying every diet out there, I still felt terrible.

It wasn’t until I became a Registered Dietitian and discovered the impact of gut health, inflammation, and food sensitivities that things finally started to change. When I eliminated dairy while breastfeeding, both my baby and I felt a huge difference. This kick-started my gut healing journey.

Now, as a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor and Gut Health Expert, I help other women uncover the root cause of their symptoms and use food as medicine.
